Dave was recommended to us by a friend who had just used him to sell their house, and knew that we had just had a frustrating time trying to sell ours. We found Dave to be very professional in his approach to selling our place and gave us just the right amount of advice on the one hand, and feedback on the other. We received a good acceptable offer within two weeks of listing.
He was also very much on the ball in helping us find a new place, translating our rather incoherent, nebulous and sometimes contradictory needs and desires into a realistic selection of places to view, which resulted in us finding our new home which we are extremely happy with. He was also very helpful in arranging the disposal of a couple of "surplus assets" that we inherited with the new place.
